Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Middle Grade Cardiology Specialist to join our dynamic team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in North Wales.

The successful candidate will contribute to the GIM on-call rota and have access to outpatient clinics and Cardiology investigations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Practice medicine at middle grade level and contribute to the GIM on-call rota
  • Undertake ward cover and have access to outpatient clinics and Cardiology investigations
  • Work in a well-supported environment within a friendly rural DGH, covering a rural area the size of Greater London
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years experience in General Medicine
  • Minimum of 1 year working as IMT3 or above
  • Currently working at Middle Grade level
  • Experience undertaking GIM on-call as a middle grade
Person Specification
  • Enthusiasm and good team working skills
  • Initiative and the ability to deal effectively with pressure and/or challenge
  • An understanding of the principles of equality and diversity
  • Welsh speaker or a desire to learn
