About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Product Development Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. Based in Northern Ireland, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work with a global leader in their industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure new products meet performance and reliability standards.
- Develop and maintain product specifications, technical plans, and reports.
- Support change management through research, concepts, design reviews, trade studies, impact analysis, and implementation.
- Work with internal customers to troubleshoot product issues and resolve problems.
- Contribute to statement of work and bids for new customer requests.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level in a related engineering discipline, ideally with experience gained in a regulated environment.
- Experience in leading specific programs and projects.
- Confident IT skills, including knowledge of CAD.
- Desirable: experience working within quality, compliance, or regulatory affairs.
