Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the financial aspects of residential projects, including budgeting, cost control, and cash flow management.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including project budgets, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the residential construction industry.
