About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding Analyst to join our team at Goodman Masson and work with a prominent Investment Banking client in Central London. This is a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract with the expectation for extension.

The Client Onboarding Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the Client Onboarding/End-to-End Onboarding process. This includes ensuring all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

  • Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
  • Manage the prioritization of the Onboarding pipeline to ensure effective use of scarce resources and responsible for maintaining tension on the process to deliver the go-live as quickly as possible.
  • Independent management of Low-Touch client Onboarding, including ownership of relationships with various desks across Capital Markets who the clients belong to. Expected to hold regular meetings and provide updates to those desks, including desk heads and Capital Markets business managers.

Key Responsibilities:

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including Capital Markets desks and business managers.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues in the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding experience for clients.

Requirements:

You will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • 4+ years' experience in Client Onboarding/KYC within Investment Banking.
  • Knowledge of Capital Markets (either directly or within Operations).
  • Experience in Transition (managing the end-to-end onboarding process).
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written as well as presentation skills.
  • Client-oriented, with the ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally.
