We are seeking a Mentorship Coach to join our team in the Midlands. This role involves working with learners who have an Educational, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and require additional support.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Change Workshops, planning and implementing teaching practices to raise student standards and progress, and developing high-quality teaching materials.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with learners with Special Educational Needs and a passion for making a difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work with learners onsite in groups or 1:1 and also with learners offsite, in their own homes or in the community
  • Responsible for the planning and delivery of Change Workshops which cover the NCFE Occupational Studies qualification, PSD and Careers, deliver Maslow Sessions and lead on Experience Days
  • To deliver and implement teaching and learning practices to raise student standards and progress

Suitable Candidates

Candidates should have a passion for working with young people and experience in teaching and learning practices. A background in SEND would be advantageous.
