You will work closely with the area manager and other members of the leadership team to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service and engagement.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail managers and associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and marketing strategies.
  • Improve operational efficiency by implementing process improvements and streamlining workflows.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and customer insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in retail operations, customer service, and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Able to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
