We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to join our team at Boskalis. As a Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all travel arrangements for our survey operations, ensuring seamless and efficient travel experiences for our personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute travel provision for personnel allocated to survey vessels and other company travel requests
- Arrange bookings for flights, hire cars, accommodation, taxis, trains, ferries, and other forms of transport as required
- Provide timely communication to personnel regarding travel dates and times, as well as any changes to travel arrangements
- Liaise with travel agents to monitor and record costs for flight information, hire cars, and hotel bookings
- Process purchase orders and credit card expenditure on company finance systems
- Support Crewing Officers in the application of personnel visa and work permits
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Offshore survey industry and/or travel experience is desirable
- Strong IT skills and a high standard of written and spoken English
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
