Join Our Team as an Oncology Nurse

We are seeking an experienced oncology nurse to join our dedicated team at Spire Leicester Hospital. As a key member of our 17-bedded, purpose-built oncology and haematology unit, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a tight-knit team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with 4 shifts per week. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our experienced team of consultants, nurses, and healthcare assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing expert care to patients undergoing oncology and haematology treatments
  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless patient care
  • Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contributing to the development of our oncology and haematology unit, ensuring we maintain our high standards of patient care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current NMC registration as a nurse
  • Experience in oncology and haematology nursing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
