About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail and Education Activation Manager to join our team at Giorgio Armani Beauty. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our brand strategy to our retail partners and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Armani Beauty training program, working closely with the National Education Manager to create engaging online and face-to-face education and training materials.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Make-Up Artist Team to deliver events and activations that showcase our brand's expertise and drive sales.
  • Coach and develop Instore Beauty Advisors to refine our brand's service excellence and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Lead from the front by educating, coaching, and activating our plans in flagship stores, ensuring exceptional retail experiences for our customers.
  • Research and recommend new and innovative ideas to deliver inspirational education and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest make-up trends and present findings and inspiration to key stakeholders.
  • Identify service and activation opportunities in-store to improve the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Champion Simplicity through ways of working with brands and field teams.
  • Be a One Luxe ambassador and advocate for positive change and agility, adapting retail excellence to our customers' needs.
  • Provide constructive feedback to brand and tribe stakeholders to facilitate best-in-class experiences.
  • Support the roll-out of new stores and, in some cases, sister brands Prada and Valentino Beauty.
Requirements
  • Minimum years of retail and coaching experience within a flagship beauty door.
  • Previous retail team management experience within a beauty-focused retailer.
  • Strong understanding and proven track record of effective sales techniques, customer experience, and ability to drive results through focused BA teams.
  • Exceptional coaching and eventing skills to drive excitement around make-up.
  • Strong analytical skills and capability on Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Can-do, positive attitude with a solutions-focused mindset. Highly organized by nature and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to positively influence both internal and external stakeholders.
