About the Role

A private family in Solihull seeks a reliable and experienced individual to join their household team as a Housekeeper/Cook. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for maintaining a well-organised home and preparing delicious meals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Housekeeping Duties:
    • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the home, including dusting, vacuuming, laundry, ironing, and organisation.
    • Care for delicate fabrics, furnishings, and any high-value items within the household.
    • Monitor household supplies and manage inventory to ensure items are replenished as required.
  • Cooking Duties:
    • Plan and prepare daily meals according to the family's preferences and dietary requirements.
    • Shop for fresh, high-quality ingredients while managing the household food budget.
    • Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times.
  • Additional Support:
    • Occasionally assist with errands, such as grocery shopping or collecting dry cleaning.

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (approximately $39,500 USD). Location: Solihull, Birmingham.
