Care Assistants at City & County Healthcare Group play a crucial role in empowering individuals to live independently in their own homes. Our Extra Care Site provides a supportive environment where you can assist clients with personal care, medication, and practical tasks such as shopping and housework.

We're seeking compassionate individuals who are willing to learn and develop new skills as part of our team. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour and a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, Death in Service Payment, Pension scheme, Benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), Refer a friend scheme, and Cycle to work scheme.

Job Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for following individual care plans and supporting clients with their daily needs. This may include assisting with personal care, medication, and practical tasks such as shopping and housework. You'll also contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment at our Extra Care Site.
