We are seeking a compassionate and patient Support Worker to join our team in the Mochdre area, Colwyn Bay. As a Support Worker with Cera Care, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of vulnerable individuals through the care and support you provide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with varying needs and abilities, including learning disabilities, complex needs, and mental health conditions.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage social development and relationships through accompanying individuals on outings, social events, and interacting with families and friends.
  • Help individuals maintain their independence and live their best life, including supporting them with activities of daily living and promoting a safe, healthy, and secure living environment.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12, dependent on experience and positions available.
  • A two-week shift pattern, including 24hr and 12hr shifts, averaging 42hrs per week.
  • The opportunity to complete NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care through work-based learning and further progression opportunities.
