Key Responsibilities- Personal Care and Support: Assist customers with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Escorting and Assisting: Escort and assist customers in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
- Person-Centred Approach: Support our Person-Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our customers and helping to achieve individual aspirations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Flexibility and Creativity: Work flexibly and creatively with customers and their families.
- Personal Care Experience: Ideally have personal care experience (not essential).
- Teamwork: Be able to work under pressure and as a team.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work within rostered hours and prepared to participate in an on-call rota where required.

A night enhancement of £1.50 per hour will apply from 8pm to 7am Monday - Sunday (this does not apply to sleep-ins). A weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour will be paid from 7am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday.
