Job Title: Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Chartwells - Universities. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a tailored contract marketing plan that drives positive student/consumer engagement, sales, and profit through the management of the experience for students and staff on campus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing plan that meets the needs of the student base/student groups of the institution, including the planning and execution of activities and promotions to drive participation and growth of key categories.
  • Deliver food concepts/pop-ups to maximize participation, spend, and satisfaction, and develop and implement a communication and engagement strategy to support the marketing plan.
  • Develop and adopt measurement models to benchmark and monitor the success of all activity in the marketing plan, looking at specific KPIs around sales, average transaction value, participation satisfaction, and follow-up feedback.
Requirements:
  • High numeric and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to analyze and evaluate information.
  • Knowledge of process and planning tools designed to deliver consistent results to expectations, including i-Design and social apps.
  • Commercially focused with the ability to measure impact and results, and an approach to analysis of work problems and opportunities that allows commercially sound judgments to be made on time.
