About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of turnkey HV substation projects for one of our key customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a project team and work alongside Technical Lead Engineers, Procurement teams, and Installation & Commissioning teams on all aspects of project delivery.
  • Ensure delivery on all technical, procurement, and quality information while maintaining exceptional Health and Safety Standards throughout the project delivery.
  • Raise all potential risks, variations, and opportunities within the business and have full responsibility and accountability for programme and costs on the project.
  • Prepare Monthly Progress Reports for internal and external reporting and be customer-facing on discussions, technical queries, issues, design risk management, and project reporting.
Requirements
  • Project Management/Contract Management experience gained within the Transmission & Distribution Industry.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Transmission & Distribution standards & technologies, Substation Primary & Secondary Systems, Health and Safety, and Environmental Regulations.
  • Contractual management knowledge and experience, especially NEC, is essential in the execution of this role.
  • Fantastic communication & interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, ability to work on own initiative, and proactive approach.
