About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Fitness Advisor to join our dynamic team at Bannatyne Group. As a Fitness Advisor, you will play a key role in inspiring and transforming the lives of our members by providing personalized fitness assessments, developing tailored workout plans, and leading group fitness classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one training sessions to members.
  • Conduct personalized fitness assessments and develop customized workout plans to help members achieve their fitness goals.
  • Offer guidance on exercise techniques, equipment usage, and overall wellness to ensure members receive the best possible experience.
  • Motivate and support members in achieving their fitness goals by providing a positive and encouraging environment.
  • Ensure the fitness area is safe, clean, and well-maintained to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques to provide cutting-edge advice and guidance to members.
  • Promote Bannatyne's services, special offers, and membership packages to enhance the member experience and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Be qualified in Reps L2.
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Have a genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
  • Be able to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility with members.
  • Be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
