Job Title:

College Facilities Manager

Location: England, Greater London, Canary Wharf

Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary: £26 - £28 Per hour

Job Duties:
  • Developing and implementing facility maintenance procedures
  • Overseeing the repair and maintenance of all facilities
  • Managing and coordinating facility renovation projects
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Supervising facility staff and external contractors
  • Managing budgets and expenses related to facility operations
  • Conducting regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of facility operations and maintenance
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities management
  • Health and Safety certification
  • Experience working in a corporate facility
