As the Head of Cyber Threat Exposure, you will play a crucial role in vulnerability management and offensive activities across our organization. Your leadership will provide threat-led cyber security expertise, oversight, and coordination of vulnerability management and offensive security services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of technical security experts to drive a continuous ecosystem for managing vulnerabilities and offensive security.
  • End-to-end management and delivery of security services, including penetration testing, assumed breach testing, and attack and social engineering simulations.
  • Providing comprehensive dashboarding and reporting capabilities, leveraging threat intelligence to identify, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities and threat exposures.

Additionally, you will ensure that all technology, cloud services, and third-party solutions comply with defined vulnerability management and penetration testing requirements. Your expertise will be essential in managing the full lifecycle of reported vulnerabilities through to closure.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat management, vulnerability management, and offensive security practices.
  • Strong knowledge of common security vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and security testing frameworks.
  • Experience with vulnerability scanning tools, penetration testing tools, and security testing frameworks.
