About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Robertson Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our sites, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily cleaning and disinfection of all work surfaces, floors, and paintwork in designated areas
  • Dust, vacuum, and mop general flooring throughout the site
  • Perform planned and ad-hoc cleaning duties within the building and on equipment located throughout the site
  • Ensure that facilities and services operate in compliance with health and safety legislation and procedures
  • Report all accidents and incidents as appropriate

About You

  • General experience in cleaning and maintenance
  • Able to exercise initiative and prioritize duties accordingly
  • Knowledge of health and safety best practices
  • Awareness of COSHH regulations
  • Takes initiative and works reliably
