Eden Scott is seeking a skilled professional to join their maintenance team as a Fabric Maintenance Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a time-served apprenticeship in an engineering discipline and 3-5 years of experience in FMCG maintenance. They will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct proactive maintenance to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  2. Identify and rectify equipment issues, implementing improvements to prevent repeat problems.
  3. Communicate effectively with colleagues and provide clear handovers to ensure smooth transitions.
  4. Analyse equipment condition and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement.
  5. Manage breakdown situations efficiently, minimising production downtime.

Requirements:

  1. Time-served apprenticeship in an engineering discipline.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in FMCG maintenance.
  3. Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  4. Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  5. Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 day / 4 off / 4 night / 4 off rota.
