Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Specialist to join our team at fish4.co - Jobboard. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for identifying and managing risks to our clients through the equipment on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify critical spares and improve equipment performance
  • Manage environment conditions on site through the BMS system
  • Run all equipment efficiently and implement preventative maintenance programs
  • Fault find on all types of HVAC equipment, with a bias towards Variable Refrigerant Volume air conditioning systems
  • Provide electrical and mechanical expertise to the maintenance team
  • Liaise with onsite supervisors and account managers to manage building services related issues

Requirements

  • F-Gas City & Guilds Qualification
  • Strong experience in HVAC maintenance
  • Recognized or time-served apprenticeship
