Job Title: Northampton Education Team Coordinator

Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Education Team Coordinator to join our Customer Experience Team in Northampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of our customer service and support services, ensuring seamless interactions with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate the delivery of customer service and support services
  • To manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • To work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless handovers and meet sales targets

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a coordination or administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
