**About This Opportunity:** We are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for final year PGCE students or qualified teachers to join our team of dedicated educators in Northampton.

**Salary and Benefits:** As a valued member of our team, you can expect to earn £140-£200 per day, paid weekly through our in-house Payroll team using the PAYE system. Our comprehensive benefits package includes pension contributions and access to FREE training and development opportunities.

**Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of various ages and abilities.
  • Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents to create a positive learning environment.

Key Requirements:

  • A recognized teaching qualification, such as QTS, is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively manage classrooms and collaborate with colleagues.
