Job Title: Delivery Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to join our team at Version 1. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for driving successful project outcomes and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients in the Financial Services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver technology projects across multiple technologies in the Financial Services sector.
  • Ensure effective governance, standards, and quality metrics are applied and adhered to throughout project delivery.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing delivery team within multi-supplier engagements.
  • Support presales and business development efforts to expand our existing business, including the production of contractual documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive account growth and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in managing successful technology projects in Financial Services.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering high-performing teams within multi-supplier engagements.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to build client partnerships and drive business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid schedule and travel for business, with a focus on work-life balance.
