Project Delivery Director

At Version 1, we are seeking a skilled Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for driving successful project outcomes and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and lead delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes and delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive account growth and deliver business results.
- Ensure effective governance, standards, and quality metrics are applied and adhered to throughout project delivery.
- Support presales and business development efforts to expand existing business and identify new opportunities.
- Proven experience in managing successful outcomes and driving delivery of technology projects in Financial Services.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and ability to build client partnerships and drive business growth.
- Experience in presales and business development, with a strong understanding of the sales process and ability to identify new opportunities.
