Join Our Team as a Financial Analyst

We are seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team at Novuna Consumer Finance. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing timely financial analysis and reporting activities to enable fully informed business decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the maintenance, development, and enhancement of business-critical pricing models and profitability performance reporting tools.
  • Utilize our database platform (Databricks) to maintain and enhance business reporting modules.
  • Extract, analyze, and report data efficiently and effectively using a variety of reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with the FP&A team to continually improve processes, systems, and controls to facilitate the profitable growth of the business.
Requirements:
  • Strong IT skills, including knowledge of coding languages (SQL and VBA).
  • Expert-level MS-Excel knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
