About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Applications Specialist to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for providing clinical training and support to our customers in the medical imaging industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver post-installation product training to customers in various departments within NHS and private hospitals.
  • Work closely with clinical end-users in radiology, radiography, cardiology, and catheter labs to ensure seamless integration of our products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to identify and address customer concerns and provide solutions.
  • Travel nationally to provide on-site training and support to customers.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in radiography, specifically CT or cath lab.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Passion for educating and supporting others in the medical imaging industry.
  • Able to travel nationally and stay away up to one week per month.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £45,000 to £50,000.
  • A 20% bonus structure.
  • A generous car allowance of circa £8,000 per year.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, 9% non-contributory pension, and 25 days holiday + stats.
