About the Role

The Gynaecology Admin Team Leader plays a vital role in providing administrative support to the Department, serving as the first point of contact for all queries.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Senior Speciality Manager to provide leadership and line management to the administrative team, focusing on development opportunities and regular one-on-one meetings.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for secretarial, administrative, and clerical services supporting patient activity in the Department.
  3. Monitor benign patient pathways in accordance with Government Access Targets, Elective Recovery Targets, and the Trust's Patient Access Policy.
  4. Investigate administrative aspects of formal complaints and provide feedback to the Speciality Triumvirate.
