Deputy General Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as Deputy General Manager at Woodbury Park Golf & Country Club. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our health club operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the health club team, ensuring a safe and clean environment for members and guests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive member retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to deliver the club's overall performance.
  • Manage and motivate a team of department managers and their teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior operations role, preferably in a 4-star plus establishment.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work well in a team, interacting with colleagues and members in a sensitive and effective way.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to make informed decisions.
