We are seeking an exceptional Complex Assessment and Intervention Specialist to join our Worcestershire-based Duty and Assessments Team. As a qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 3 years' experience, you will lead on urgent and complex assessments, ensuring timely and effective interventions.

You will be responsible for responding to referrals, identifying risks and needs, and making informed decisions. With extensive knowledge of assessment frameworks, safeguarding procedures, and child protection legislation, you will provide expert advice and support to junior team members and collaborate with families, professionals, and agencies to safeguard children and create actionable plans.
