Job Title: Senior Social Worker - Duty and Assessments Team
Location: Worcestershire, UK
Estimated Salary: £33 per hour
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Social Worker to join the dynamic Duty and Assessments Team in Worcestershire. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading on urgent and complex assessments, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
You will respond to referrals, identifying risks and needs, and making informed decisions. You will also provide expert advice and support to junior team members, promoting best practices.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker, current registration with Social Care England, and extensive knowledge of assessment frameworks, safeguarding procedures, and child protection legislation.
