About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and team management, ensuring productivity targets are met and production time is optimized. They will also manage shift logs, provide feedback to teams, assist with employee inductions, conduct waste acceptance checks, and promote a culture of health and safety within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist site supervisors with day-to-day management tasks
- Manage and maintain shift logs and provide daily feedback on performance
- Conduct waste acceptance checks and rejections as required
- Ensure segregation of recyclable materials
- Manage housekeeping activities
Requirements:
- Experience in Waste Management, Risk Assessment, and Health and Safety
- Hold or obtain ISOH Managing Safely Qualification
- Mobile plant licenses and COTO qualification
- Computer literacy
Benefits and Salary:
This role offers an estimated salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with development opportunities, wide-ranging benefits, and rewards that reflect hard work.
