About the Role
Gleeds is seeking an experienced Highway Project and Programme Management Expert to join our team.
As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of highway projects and programmes, ensuring that services meet our clients' requirements.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management and/or programme management, with experience in delivering high-quality services and deliverables. They will also have sound knowledge and practiced experience of project management techniques and contract administration.
We are looking for someone who can positively engage with customers and develop, grow, and maintain customer relationships. You will also be responsible for administering contracts as a contract administrator, employer's agent, or project manager.
The role requires excellent communication skills - both oral and written, as well as methodical thinking and approach to work. You should also be able to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily. Excellent problem-solving, negotiating, financial, and numeracy skills are also essential.
The estimated salary for this role is around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a contributory pension scheme, employee assistance programme, global travel scholarship programme, and flexible working arrangements.
