Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Maritime Civil Engineer to join our team at TILT. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and technical solutions for a wide range of infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify clients' needs and leverage TILT's expertise to meet those needs.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions for marinas, ship berths, flood defences, and renewable energy schemes.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Assist with drafting and presenting proposals to new and existing clients.
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure reports are accurate and understandable.
  • Oversee the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and payments.
  • Support the team's development by delivering coaching and feedback to junior members.

Requirements:

  • Experience or technical knowledge in marine structures (2-5 years) or related design experience.
  • A passion or interest relating to the marine environment.
  • A Civil Engineering Degree (or similar).
