Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Maritime Civil Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying clients' needs and maximising our expertise to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver innovative and technical solutions for infrastructure projects
  • Manage projects from inception to completion
  • Assist with drafting and presenting proposals to clients
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure reports are accurate and understandable
  • Oversee the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and payments
  • Support the team's development by delivering coaching and feedback
Requirements
  • Experience or technical knowledge in marine structures (2-5 years) or related design experience
  • A passion or interest relating to the marine environment
  • A Civil Engineering Degree (or similar)
