About Us: Routes Healthcare (North) is a dynamic organization dedicated to delivering high-quality training and education to healthcare professionals. Our team of experienced trainers works closely with clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum, plus an attractive bonus package based on performance. You will also receive 25 days holiday, additional bank holiday leave, and a pension scheme.
Job Description: As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering a portfolio of mandatory training to our healthcare workers. This includes delivering and upholding high standards while providing quality training provision across all service hubs in the North. You will also train and assess applicants on our care mandatory courses, deliver quality refresher training in line with company policy timeframes or ad hoc, maintain complete and accurate training records, comply with safeguarding and safety regulations, and keep skills and knowledge up to date with legislation policies and procedures.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about putting people first, possess organizational and time management skills, have a flexible approach to working, hold or be working towards a Training qualification at level 3 or above, and have experience in delivering high-quality training in Moving and Handling/Medication/Basic First Aid. You will also need to be a driver with access to your own car for work as travel is involved in this role.
