Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Rotational Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our occupational therapy department, you'll work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to patients with a range of conditions, including physical and cognitive disabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence, mobility, and participation in daily activities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality assurance and clinical audit activities to ensure high standards of care.

Person Specification

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with:

BSc or Diploma in Occupational Therapy or a related field.State registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).Experience of working in a rotational capacity, with a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
