Occupational Therapist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. This is a Band 6 position that offers a unique chance to work across various specialties, including ICU, neurosciences, trauma, orthopaedics, and surgery.
Main DutiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy management to patients, participating in a cross-site rotational scheme, and performing advanced assessments of patients with complex physical and psychological conditions.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist who can demonstrate specialist learning from band 5 rotations, formal post-graduate level learning, and informal CPD. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in relevant occupational therapy specialties and clinical settings, as well as experience of working as part of an occupational therapy and multidisciplinary team.
Person Specification- Essential qualifications include a degree in Occupational Therapy, state registration with the Health Care Professions Council, and evidence of CPD through maintenance of a portfolio.
- Desirable qualifications include membership of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT) and clinical educators course.
