Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support and care to residents with brain injuries, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Empathy and understanding of the needs of individuals with brain injuries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good time management and prioritization skills.
