As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Financial Controller in maintaining the financial health of the organization. Your duties will include:

  • Raising invoices to customers and processing supplier invoices
  • Creating weekly and monthly supplier payment reports
  • Recording data for inclusion in monthly payroll and providing cover for payroll processing
  • Maintaining fixed asset registers and posting depreciation
  • Assisting with internal reporting as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in an accounts department
  • Ability to work proactively and switch between tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Calm personality and ability to deal with deadlines
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of CIS tax and reverse VAT charge (desirable)
