Strand Hill is a leading recruitment firm specializing in retained search and talent advisory services for the Real Assets, Private Equity, and Investment Management sectors. Our clients include top-tier Private Equity, Fund, Investment, and Asset Management firms, as well as Real Estate companies.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the finance and investment industries and be able to source and qualify leads that meet our clients' strict search criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and qualifying leads for mid-senior roles in Finance, Investment Management, and Accounting
- Thorough market mapping to ensure clients receive excellent quality shortlists
- Keeping consultants up-to-date on projects and producing high-quality written shortlists for job mandates
- Capturing and accurately recording candidate information and market intelligence on our CRM system
- Managing social media platform content and thought leadership articles on behalf of senior partners and clients
Requirements
Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks across multiple projects. Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, but not essential. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
