Exciting Opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Home Treatment Team in Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to our multidisciplinary team, working closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

The Home Treatment Team provides intensive community care, focusing on acute and dynamic risk management. You will be part of a dynamic team that interfaces with various services, including Inpatient Acute Services, Single Point of Access Triage Services, and the Criminal Justice System.

About the Role
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the Home Treatment Team
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Interface with various services, including Inpatient Acute Services and the Criminal Justice System
  • Participate in Risk Zoning Meetings and contribute to team caseload management
