We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Service Caretaker to join our team at Sandwell College. As a key member of our Building Services department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, secure, and clean environment of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out key holder duties, including opening and closing sites, and responding to out-of-hours call-outs.
  • Ensure the overall maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including general maintenance and caretaking duties.
  • Hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle to attend site in response to out-of-hours call-outs.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
