About the Role

Active Care Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team in Chislehurst. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

This is a full-time position working 22.5 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide visible clinical leadership and influence the development of services to ensure continuous improvements in quality of care.
  • Support the Registered Manager with the best possible standard of care, to ensure it is delivered to all residents.
  • Lead the governance agenda on behalf of the Registered Manager, to ensure compliance with all external and corporate quality agendas and regulators.
  • Ensure that residents receive care, which is safe, responsive, compassionate, caring and well led.
Requirements
  • A current NMC Pin number.
  • A Legal Right to work in the U.K.
