Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team at Wrightbus. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day warranty administration duties, including processing and analyzing key warranty information, fulfilling general departmental requirements, and producing board reports.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure all costs are collated and actioned in a prompt and efficient manner
2. Produce monthly board reports on relevant warranty information
3. Handle cost-related queries daily in a prompt and efficient manner
4. Process mobile service engineer timesheets weekly and resolve any queries efficiently
5. Arrange travel and accommodation for parts and service needs
6. Update and maintain the fleet list with vehicles entering or exiting standard and extended warranty periods
7. Reconcile warranty parts cost of sales
8. Reconcile supplier recharge claims
9. Run weekly defect reports
10. Invoice repair work carried out in the body shop

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in warranty administration. A salary of £24,000 is offered for this role.
