General Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to join our successful franchised prestige brand dealership in Bedfordshire.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience at a similar level within the motor trade and a proven track record of managing a sales team.

A strong understanding of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Departmental Accounts is essential, as is the ability to maintain tight control of the sales process and meet manufacturer targets.

This is a busy dealership, requiring a motivated and trained sales team leader who can drive sales performance and hit targets.

In return for your expertise and dedication, you will receive a competitive basic salary of £40,000 with an OTE of £70,000, a company car, pension, and other benefits associated with working for a well-established dealer group.
