Exhibition Creative Lead

We are seeking an experienced and creative Exhibition Design Manager to join our team at Disrupt Talent. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design solutions for our clients in the events and exhibitions sector.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement design strategies that meet client objectives and exceed expectations
- Lead a team of creative designers to produce innovative and effective design solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design briefs and develop creative responses
- Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and events
- Proven experience in exhibition design and management, with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong creative vision and understanding of business and client objectives
- Proficiency in design software, including SketchUp Pro, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and Vectorworks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
