The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist-led referral hospital with a culture and values-driven approach. As an Orthopaedic Surgeon, you will lead the referral service and serve as an advocate for the hospital and overall IVC Evidensia Referral Network. You will embed IVC Evidensia Values and ensure co-operation and collaboration between services.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include maintaining clinical standards, adhering to group policies and procedures, working with the Senior Nursing team to deliver a cohesive and client-focused service, and being proactive in spotting opportunities to drive performance, growth, and efficiencies.

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you must have RCVS, American or European Boarded Diplomate, or eligible. Previous experience in a multi-discipline referral hospital is essential, and experience in developing and mentoring junior clinicians is desirable.

Our Offer
