Accessories Merchandising Specialist

About the Role:
The ideal candidate for this Accessories Merchandiser position will have a strong background in fashion merchandising, with experience working with buyers and designers to create successful product lines. A relevant degree in Fashion or similar is required, as well as 1-5 years' experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with the buying team to ensure key sample deadlines are met.
- Work closely with buyers to receive design packs on time, ensuring critical deadline dates are met.
- Maintain effective communication with the in-house design team and buyers to ensure timely feedback on CADs.
- Issue internal POs correctly, ensuring accurate and timely orders.
- Evaluate account performance with the account manager, assessing attitude, performance, and business projections.
- Critical path check for upcoming deadlines, ensuring orders run smoothly.
- Conduct progress meetings with technologists to resolve issues and ensure orders meet deadlines.
- Monitor production updates from factories, ensuring orders are completed on time.
- Provide critical path updates to customers, ensuring approvals and timely order completion.
