Join Our Team as a Bureau Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bureau Engineer to join our team at IDIADA UK. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge engineering, homologation, and testing solutions that drive the future of mobility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate opportunity proposals in line with IDIADA's technical scope related to project execution, under supervision.
  • Witness testing at manufacturer locations or testing laboratories for homologation.
  • Stay updated about all the innovations, findings, news, and regulations changes in their field.
Requirements:
  • Previous automotive or homologation experience is essential in activities such as:
    • Commercial Vehicle Approval (desirable).
    • Passenger Car Passive & Active Safety (essential).
    • Knowledge of ADAS, Cyber Security, and Software update systems and GSRII requirements (desirable).
    • Stay updated with the latest innovations and news in the automotive market.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Other languages will be an asset.
  • A degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (other relevant engineering disciplines or experience will be considered).
  • Practical knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of Automotive OEM processes.
  • Sales/Engineering/Technical knowledge.
  • Commercial, costing, engineering, or programme management knowledge.
  • Full driving license is essential.
